Uzair was most recently a Managing Director at ICG, where he was a co-founder and investment committee member of the US MM Direct PE Fund. Prior to joining ICG, Uzair was a partner at Harvest Partners and at Warburg Pincus, where he worked for 10 years. He also worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners and Bain & Company.  ​

 

Uzair has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, where he was a Lawn Resident, and received his MBA with Honors from the Wharton School.  Uzair grew up in Burke, Virginia.

In his free time, Uzair enjoys tennis, platform tennis, skiing, and camping. He is a fan of the Washington Capitals and the Commanders, all UVA sports teams, the Boston Red Sox, and Lewis Hamilton. Uzair has three daughters and lives in Larchmont, NY.

Evan graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard College and received his MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.  Evan grew up in Dallas, TX. 

 

In his free time, Evan is an avid golfer. He is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Toronto Maple Leafs and an ardent follower of F1. He has two children and lives in Greenwich, CT.
