ABOUT RALLY EQUITY PARTNERS
Rally was founded in 2024 by Uzair Dossani and Evan Eason, who had previously spent five years working together at ICG, a global alternative asset manager with over $100 billion in assets under management. At ICG, they co-founded the U.S. Middle Market Private Equity group and served on its Investment Committee.
During their more than 25 year careers in private equity, the Rally principals have led or co-led investments in 13 platform companies and have executed 40 add-ons, deploying over $1.6 billion in equity capital.

Managing Partners
Uzair Dossani
Uzair was most recently a Managing Director at ICG, where he was a co-founder and investment committee member of the US MM Direct PE Fund. Prior to joining ICG, Uzair was a partner at Harvest Partners and at Warburg Pincus, where he worked for 10 years. He also worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners and Bain & Company.
Uzair has a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, where he was a Lawn Resident, and received his MBA with Honors from the Wharton School. Uzair grew up in Burke, Virginia.
In his free time, Uzair enjoys tennis, platform tennis, skiing, and camping. He is a fan of the Washington Capitals and the Commanders, all UVA sports teams, the Boston Red Sox, and Lewis Hamilton. Uzair has three daughters and lives in Larchmont, NY.
Evan Eason
Evan was most recently a Managing Director at ICG, where he was a co-founder and investment committee member of the US MM Direct PE Fund. Before joining ICG, Evan was a partner at Olympus Partners. He previously worked at American Capital, FdG Associates and Montgomery Securities.
Evan graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. from Harvard College and received his MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar. Evan grew up in Dallas, TX.
In his free time, Evan is an avid golfer. He is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Toronto Maple Leafs and an ardent follower of F1. He has two children and lives in Greenwich, CT.

Treg Brown
Treg recently retired as EVP, Planning and Acquisitions for Genuine Parts Company (GPC:NYSE). At GPC, Treg served in many capacities, including global Chief Development Officer, strategic planning, and European integration leader.
Treg serves on the board of Alliance Distribution Partners, Carolina Textiles, Mayesh, and Trupointe, and is a Board Advisor to Stitch Golf.
Darin Buchalter
Darin is the CEO of Delta Consulting Group, a provider of advisory, risk mitigation and dispute resolution services to global law firms, government agencies, and top companies in over 90 countries. Darin has more than 30 years of executive experience across the professional services industry with a focus on clients in the real estate and construction sectors. Previously, he was Co-Head of Global Client Services and CAO of Ankura Consulting Group.
Mike Callahan
Mike worked for Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) for 26 years, serving as CFO, President, and CEO. Mike oversaw the buildout of the corporate team and helped execute and integrate over 40 acquisitions. During his time at GMS, distribution locations grew from 45 to 250 and revenue grew from $236 million to $3.2 billion.
Mike currently sits on the boards of 4 building products companies and 2 non-profits.
Robert Toth
Bob has deep executive experience in industrials, specialty materials, and services businesses. He has served as a Managing Director at CCMP Capital Advisors, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Polypore International, and CEO of CP Kelco ApS.
Bob is currently a Director at SPX Technologies, Materion Corporation, and Ambient Enterprises.
